I forgot my password

On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. You'll get a link that lets you set a new password. If you signed up with Apple, you don't have a password. Just use Sign in with Apple.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings and tap Delete Account. Type your email to confirm. Your account and all your training data are permanently deleted from our servers. This can't be undone.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. Your training is saved on your phone and synced to your account each time you open the app with a connection. Log in on a new phone and it's all there.

Does RAKN work offline?

Yes. You can log workouts without a connection. They sync the next time you open the app while online.
